The fare is subject to date change and cancellation penalty. The cancellation before departure (if allowed) needs to be done at least 48 hours prior.
The Penalty will be waived off only in case of death of passenger (Death Certificate Required). The Penalty will not be waived if upgrading to a higher class.
The cancellation penalties mentioned above may vary if the cancellation is not done as per the set guidelines.
If the flight you booked got cancelled, www.ritzytravel.in will process the refund (subject to airline policy), deducting 1-10% (Domestic and/or International) as service charge, applicable bank charges and applicable taxes and/or government/regulatory levies. Please send an email to info@54.89.227.198, mentioning your www.ritzytravel.in online reference number and airline cancelled flight details. In some cases, you will have to mail us a stamped copy provided by the airline.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer of travel agent, www.ritzytravel.in reserve the rights to deny the offer or cancel the booking. www.ritzytravel.in shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
To avail benefits of Zero Cancellation, You need to cancel online on www.ritzytravel.in. You will not be eligible for waiver if you cancel directly with airline.
Customers, who are travel agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and www.ritzytravel.in reserve the rights to deny the offer or cancel the booking. www.ritzytravel.in shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
www.ritzytravel.in reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
www.ritzytravel.in is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
www.ritzytravel.in shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
www.ritzytravel.in does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strikes, quarantine, change in government rules and regulations or other causes, howsoever caused, and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.

In no event the entire liability of www.ritzytravel.in under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
www.ritzytravel.in shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service.
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement available and the Privacy Policy will be applicable to this program.
