About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our travel platform. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, roadmaps, and features, ensuring that fly4krill.com delivers exceptional value to our B2B partners (travel agents, hoteliers, operators, corporates) and prepares for our future B2C expansion. You will be the voice of the customer and the market, translating insights into actionable product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify opportunities and pain points.
- • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- • Launch new products and features, including developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
- • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on existing features to drive continuous improvement.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities in the travel tech space.
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for experience in travel technology (OTAs, GDS, hotel tech, etc.) or B2B SaaS platforms.
- • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
- • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role is crucial in supporting our B2B partners, providing expert guidance, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements. You will work closely with travel agents, corporates, and suppliers to facilitate bookings, address inquiries, and resolve any issues.

- • Proficiency in using travel booking systems (GDS knowledge is a plus).
- • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
