You hereby warrant, undertake and declare that neither You nor your stakeholders or directors, or Ultimate Beneficial Owners are on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) European Union (EU) United Nations (UN) or Blocked Persons list. You undertake to immediately inform 4Krill through written communication in the event you or any of your shareholders, directors, or affiliates are placed on any of the above lists.

2. Nature of Our Services

Fly4krill.com operates as a travel-focused platform. We primarily function as an intermediary, facilitating connections and transactions between:

  • Travel Agents and various travel service providers.
  • Hoteliers, Airline Operators, Rail/Bus Operators, and Cab Operators and prospective buyers (including travel agents and corporates).
  • Corporations who are seeking travel solutions for their employees.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not directly own, operate, or control the inventory (e.g., hotel rooms, flights, bus seats) or services provided by third-party suppliers. Our role is to provide a platform for discovering, booking, and managing travel-related products and services.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. 3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services if any information provided is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4. B2B and B2C Operations

4.1. B2B Focus: Our initial focus is on Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. This includes providing tools and inventory access to travel agents, and facilitating direct sales of inventory from operators to agents and corporates. 4.2. Future B2C Expansion: While currently B2B focused, we intend to expand into Business-to-Consumer (B2C) services in the future. Specific terms and conditions for B2C operations will be updated and made available when that transition occurs.

5. Booking and Purchase of Services

5.1. Supplier Terms: All bookings, purchases, and agreements made through fly4krill.com are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). It is your responsibility to review and accept these supplier terms before making any booking or purchase. 5.2. Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability of services displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in pricing or availability information provided by third-party suppliers. 5.3. Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice from us or the respective supplier, along with any necessary payment confirmations. 5.4. Payments: You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. All payments must be made in the currency specified. We use third-party payment gateways for processing payments. We are not responsible for any issues or charges arising from the use of these gateways. 5.5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Amendments: Policies for cancellations, refunds, and amendments are strictly governed by the terms of the individual suppliers and our own Cancellation and Refunds Policy available on our website.
